collecting thoughts & wanting to read again

lately i've been trying to find a good way to collect my thoughts over time. my long-term memory seems to be deteriorating these days, at least when it comes to passing thoughts and not something more concrete (whatever that means).

so why not use bear blog for it right? the idea of having a place where i could go back and see what past-me thought about certain things does sound interesting. also i had read somewhere that writing your thoughts down helps you to process them and so here i am.

on that note i've also been thinking about the best way to bring back my daily reading habit. the simple answer is basically to start reading and bringing books everywhere and it should be simple enough, but for some reason (probably quick dopamine addiction) i can't seem to focus long enough to feel absorbed.

i also want to start reading korean books because i know that reading is the best way to increase your vocabulary bank but i find it sooo intimidating and so i keep pushing it back. which is not good but i think my brain isn't wired right these days
